A small, focused team committed to making the end of every day a little more intentional for everyone who comes to us.
Xakriondthodar was founded in London after years of noticing how little structured support existed for the transition between working hours and personal time. Most wellness resources focus on mornings — we became convinced that evenings were the missing piece.
What began as a personal research project became a set of practical program guides tested with small community groups across the UK. We formalised what worked, refined what didn't, and built the six tracks available today from that real-world foundation.
A multidisciplinary group with backgrounds in behavioural research, programme design, and adult learning.

We describe what our programs can reasonably offer. We do not exaggerate outcomes or use language that creates unrealistic expectations.
Every program is designed to be usable by anyone, regardless of schedule, income, living situation, or prior experience.
Our program structure draws on established principles of habit formation and behavioural consistency, not trends or unverified claims.
We recognise that every person's evening is different. Our programs offer structure, not prescription — you adapt them to fit your own life.
We are always happy to talk about our programs, our approach, or how we might be able to help you.
